冷凝器直接驱动热管的热泵传热分析与实验研究

摘要:

冷凝器直接驱动热管的热泵,省去了水循环部分,具有启动快、能效高的优势。根据传热经验公式,对冷凝器冷凝管束部分的传热过程进行了研究,结合实验数据推导出传热经验公式中的关键参数,并对热阻分布进行了分析。搭建了实验装置,实验结果显示:冷凝管束传热过程的热阻分布中,管外沸腾换热热阻所占份额最大;传热过程受冷凝管束的管壁厚度和换热管数量影响不大;室内温度18 ℃、室外温度3.3 ℃时,系统的制热COP达到9.43。

Abstract:

The heat pump with the condenser directly driving heat pipe which saves the water circulation part has the advantages of quick start and high energy efficiency. According to the empirical formula of heat transfer, the heat transfer process of the condensing tube bundle of the condenser is studied. Combined with the experimental data, the key parameters in the empirical formula of heat transfer are derived, and the distribution of thermal resistance is analysed. An experiment device is set up, and the experimental results show that the boiling heat transfer resistance outside the tube accounts for the largest share in the thermal resistance distribution of the condensing tube bundle. The heat transfer process is not greatly affected by the wall thickness of the condensing tube bundle and the number of heat pipes. The heating COP of the system reaches 9.43 when the indoor temperature is 18 ℃ and the outdoor temperature is 3.3 ℃.
