生物安全实验室间气溶胶传播风险计算分析
Calculation and analysis of aerosol transmission risk between biosafety laboratories
摘要:
结合某三级生物安全实验室工程,利用动态隔离理论进行了计算分析,结果表明:生物安全实验室核心间设置缓冲间是必要的;提高房间换气次数对隔离系数的影响不大;人员应急反应时间延长,系统隔离系数显著增大,可有效降低气溶胶传播的生物安全风险。

Abstract:
Combined with a three-level biosafety laboratory project, this paper uses the dynamic isolation theory for calculation and analysis. The results show that it is necessary to set up a buffer room for the core of the biosafety laboratory. Increasing the air change rate of the room has little impact on the isolation coefficient. The longer the emergency disposal time of personnel, the greater the system isolation coefficient, which can effectively reduce the biosafety risk of aerosol transmission.
