摘要：
为解决既有建筑改造消防设计难题，南京市出台了设计审查指南文件。针对消防防排烟系统设计相关内容进行了探讨，分析了实际工程设计应用案例，并提出了指南文件目前存在的部分问题，待指南文件修编时进行完善。

Abstract：
In order to solve the problem of fire protection design for the renovation of existing buildings, Nanjing has issued the design review guideline. The relevant content of fire protection and smoke control system design is discussed. The application cases of actual engineering design are analysed. Some problems existing in the guideline are put forward, which should be refined when the guideline is revised.
