对《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》第6,8两章矛盾性质及解决方案的探讨

摘要:
根据多年来对现行加压送风防烟方案气流模型的探索,通过对防火规范历次版本第6章与第8章相关条文的对比分析,证实了规范第8章加压送风量的计算数学模型和相应的对策措施,都是基于防烟楼梯间没有设置直接对外的疏散出口而提出的。这违反了规范第6章安全疏散章节中关于防烟楼梯间应设直接对外的安全出口的规定,使模型和措施失去了法规上的依据和理论上的支持。根据4种防烟方案加压送风气流的流动特性,提出了当量流通面积流量分配法和流体网络分析法两种新的方法。
Abstract:
Based on the studies of air flow model of pressurization air supply and smoke control scheme for years and the analysis on the interrelated items in chapter 6 and 8 in the code, discovers that the mathematical models and countermeasures of pressure air volume in chapter 8 are proposed under the condition of the smoke prevention staircase without evacuation exit to outside, which goes against the relevant regulation about safe evacuation in chapter 6 and lacks of the basis and theoretical support. Puts forward the flow distribution method of equivalent flow area and the fluid-network analysis method according to the characteristics of pressurization airflow in the four smoke control schemes.
