Abstract：
From the views of energy price system, tax incentive, building energy-saving funds, reward and punishment systems, promoting financing mechanism of energy management contract(EMC), and carbon tax, discusses the economic incentive policies urgently needed to be taken in China to improve its building energy saving market mechanism.
