《绿色雪上运动场馆评价标准》的编制与应用
Preparation and application of Evaluation standard for green snow sports venue
摘要：
“绿色办奥”是北京2022年冬奥会4个办奥理念之首，但雪上运动场馆作为冬奥会举行赛事的主要场地，在其建设之初面临着绿色设计、建设与运维过程无标准可依的局面。为此，北京市组织编制了《绿色雪上运动场馆评价标准》。从编制背景、指标体系构建理念、指标体系与条文构成、评价方法、案例试评价及实际绿色效果等维度，详细介绍了该标准编制过程与应用情况，以期为我国今后类似标准的编制提供参考。
Abstract：
“Green preparation for the Olympics” is the first of the four concepts for Beijing to organize the 2022 Olympic Winter Games. However, as the main venue for the Olympic Winter Games, snow sports venues are faced with no standards for reference in the processes of the green design, construction, operation and maintenance at the beginning of their construction. As a result, Beijing organizes the compilation of the Evaluation standard for green snow sports venue. This paper presents the preparation process and application of the standard in detail from the dimensions of the preparation background, index system construction concept, index system and clause composition, evaluation method, case trial evaluation and actual green effect. It is expected to provide a reference for the compilation of similar standards in our country in the future.
