HVAC design for Beijing Winter Olympic Village
摘要：
阐述了北京冬奥村人才公租房项目暖通空调设计。该项目需满足赛时及赛后2种使用要求，且需践行”节俭、健康、绿色”的理念。在绿色建筑设计的基础上，结合超低能耗被动房设计，考虑健康建筑特性，实现了可持续设计，可供集群式项目暖通空调设计参考。

Abstract：
This paper elaborates the HVAC design of the Beijing Winter Olympic Village talent public rental housing project. The project needs to meet the two use requirements during and after the race, and the concept of “thrift, health and green” needs to be practiced. On the basis of green building design, combined with ultra-low energy consumption passive house design, considering the characteristics of healthy buildings, sustainable design is realized, which can be used as a reference for HVAC design of cluster projects.
