某信息产业园污水源热泵系统设计

Design of a sewage-source heat pump system for an information industry park

摘要:

以渭南市某信息产业园为例,介绍了以污水处理厂出水为冷热源的污水源热泵系统的设计要点。根据污水的水质报告和污水源的水质要求,提供了污水源热泵系统换热方式的选择依据;按照规范要求,对污水在供暖季/供冷季的取水退水温度进行了选取;结合污水厂处理污水能力和建筑物冷热负荷情况,确定了污水专用换热器和水源热泵型号。为应对突发情况和保障系统高效节能,该项目还在屋面设置冷却塔和预留锅炉的位置,与污水源热泵组合形成多功能互补的空调系统,提供了4种运行模式,可以实现冬季供热运行和夏季备用的目的。此外,针对污水源热泵系统的自有特点,给出了一系列节能措施。

Abstract:

Taking an information industry park in Weinan as an example, the design points of the sewage-source heat pump system with the effluent from the sewage treatment plant as the cold and heat source are presented. According to the sewage quality report and requirements of the sewage source, the selection basis for the heat exchange method of the sewage-source heat pump system is provided. According to the requirements of the specification, the water intake and withdrawal temperature of sewage in the heating season/cooling season is selected. Combining the sewage treatment capacity of the sewage plant and the cooling and heating load of the building, the models of the special heat exchanger for sewage and the water-source heat pump are determined. To deal with emergencies and ensure system efficiency and energy saving, the project also sets up cooling towers and reserves the location of boilers on the roof, combined with the sewage-source heat pump to form a multi-functional complementary air conditioning system, providing four operating modes, which can achieve the purpose of heating operation in winter and standby in summer. In addition, a series of energy-saving measures are given according to the unique characteristics of the sewage-source heat pump system.
