严寒地区垃圾焚烧发电厂垃圾坑暖通设计

摘要:
对严寒地区生活垃圾焚烧发电厂垃圾坑的供暖、除臭、排烟、通风等相关设计内容作分析说明。结合垃圾坑的工艺使用要求及相关规范,确定了垃圾坑的相关设计参数及控制要求。分析了垃圾坑供暖设计的难点,通过实例阐述了严寒地区垃圾坑的供暖、除臭系统设计及联动控制设计。分析了垃圾坑事故排烟的合规性,并对事故排烟提出了设计方案。
Abstract:
This paper mainly analyses and explains the design related to the heating, deodorization, smoke exhaust and ventilation of the waste bunker for waste incineration and power generation plants in severe cold zone. Combining with the technical requirements and related specifications of the waste bunker, the relevant design parameters and control requirements of the waste bunker are determined. The design difficulties of heating for the waste bunker are elaborated, and the design of heating and deodorization systems and their linkage control of the waste bunker in severe cold zone is analysed through actual cases. The compliance of the accident smoke exhaust of the waste bunker is analysed, and the design proposal for the accident smoke exhaust is proposed.
