疫情下新风机组的技术研究

Technical research on outdoor air handling units under epidemic situation

近年来我国新风机组的产量呈现爆发式增长趋势,住宅和学校使用量大增,新冠肺炎疫情加速了这一产品的发展。为顺应形势,我国陆续颁布了50余项新风机组和新风系统的标准规范和文件,但各自独立。指出:新风机组只能通过通风换气稀释建筑物中的污染物,而不能灭活病毒、杀灭细菌、清除气态污染物和室内发生的颗粒物;同一参数在不同标准中不统一,不利于标准的实施;抗疫新风机组称谓不规范,不宜作为招标设备。建议尽快确定各种建筑物的新风量指标,包括控制室内房间的呼吸道感染风险的新风量指标。认为真空膜除湿机的研发成功扩展了新风机组的应用。

Abstract:

In recent years, the output of outdoor air units in China has a burst growth trend and the number of using the outdoor air handling units in houses and schools has greatly increased. The COVID-19 epidemic has accelerated the development of this product. In order to meet the situation, China has issued more than 50 standards, norms and documents about outdoor air handling units and outdoor air systems. But they are independent each other. The outdoor air handling unit can only dilute the pollutants in the building through ventilation, but can not inactivate viruses, kill bacteria, and remove gaseous pollutants and indoor particulate matter. The same parameters are not uniform in different standards, which is not conducive to the implementation of standards. The appellation of the “anti-epidemic outdoor air handling unit” is not standardized and should not be used as bidding equipment. It is suggested to determine the outdoor air rate index of various buildings as soon as possible, including the outdoor air rate index to control the risk of respiratory infection in indoor rooms. It is considered that the successful development of vacuum-based membrane dehumidifier has expanded the application of outdoor air handling units.
