Operation evaluation of chillers and relative system in a centralized refrigeration station
摘要：
对某集中制冷站内冷水机组及其系统的实际运行情况进行了评估。在设备评估方面，对各台冷水机组的性能进行了在线实测，通过数据整理与分析，采用定性初判、横向对比、纵向对比的方法，评估了各台设备实际制冷能力与能效的衰减程度；在系统评估方面，以实测数据为基础，采用理论分析的方法，对冷源系统供冷保障率、冷水机组更新经济性进行了研究，并给出了评估建议。
Abstract：
In this paper, the actual operation of the chillers and relative system in a centralized refrigeration station is evaluated. In terms of equipment evaluation, the performance of each chiller is measured online, and through data collation and analysis, the actual cooling capacity and energy efficiency attenuation of each equipment is evaluated by using the methods of qualitative preliminary judgment, horizontal comparison and longitudinal comparison. In terms of system evaluation, based on the measured data and using the method of theoretical analysis, the cooling guarantee rate of the cold source system and the economics of chiller update are studied, and the evaluation suggestions are given.
