后疫情时期健康办公建筑空调通风系统设计探讨
Discussion on HVAC system design for healthy office buildings in post-epidemic period
摘要：
通过对国内外健康建筑体系中空调通风系统相关内容的研究，梳理了后疫情时期健康办公建筑空调通风系统的设计要点。着重从空调通风系统对病毒传播的影响、平时和疫时工况暖通空调设计标准及防疫策略3个方面，对办公建筑空调通风系统应对疫情的方法进行阐述，同时分析了疫情期间采取增大新风量、改变空调运行设定温度对该系统能耗及冷热负荷的影响。
Abstract：
Through the research on the relevant contents of HVAC systems in healthy building systems at home and abroad, this paper sorts out key design points of HVAC system for healthy office buildings in the post-epidemic period. This paper focuses on the methods of dealing with the epidemic situation of the air conditioning and ventilation system in office buildings from three aspects:influence of HVAC system on virus propagation, HVAC system design standards for normal and epidemic conditions, and epidemic prevention strategies. At the same time, the effects of increasing outdoor air volume and changing air conditioning operation temperature on the energy consumption and cooling and heating load of the system during the epidemic are analysed.
