溶液除湿式空气处理机组在锂电池生产厂房中的应用

溶液除湿空调可以实现温湿度独立控制,具有避免再热、高能效、送风洁净度高等优势。溶液除湿空调在工业场景中应用节能效果显著,但相关研究较少。实测了溶液除湿空调系统在某锂电池生产厂房中应用的运行效果。结果表明:夏季工况下,当送风含湿量为5.3~5.8 g/kg时,系统的COP可以达到3.1~3.3;相较于转轮除湿空调系统的升温除湿过程,溶液除湿空调系统可以实现降温除湿,除湿后无需再次对空气进行冷却;溶液除湿空调系统的再生温度显著低于转轮除湿空调系统,运行费用比转轮除湿空调系统低41.8%~44.7%。
Abstract:
The liquid desiccant air conditioning can realize independent control of temperature and humidity, and has the advantages of avoiding reheating, high energy efficiency, and high air supply cleanliness. The application of liquid desiccant air conditioning to industrial scenarios has significant energy saving effects, but there are few related studies. In this paper, the operation effect of the liquid desiccant air conditioning system applied to a lithium battery production workshop is measured. The results show that under summer conditions, when the humidity ratio of the supply air is 5.3 to 5.8 g/kg, the COP of the system can reach 3.1 to 3.3. To achieve cooling and dehumidification, there is no need to cool the air again after dehumidification. The regeneration temperature of the liquid desiccant air conditioning system is significantly lower than that of the rotary dehumidification air conditioning system, and the operating cost is 41.8% to 44.7% lower than that of the rotary dehumidification air conditioning system.
