不同气候区数据中心机房外围护结构的节能研究
Research on energy saving of data center room envelope in different climate zones
摘要:
完善了数据中心机房外围护结构传热系数的设计方法,并利用EnergyPlus软件建立了我国5个气候区典型城市的数据机房计算模型,以全年空调负荷和空调耗电量作为评价指标,对不同的外围护结构传热系数方案进行了模拟和经济性分析。结果表明,降低数据中心机房外围护结构的传热系数对空调能耗及运行费用的影响并不显著,建议各个气候区数据中心机房外围护结构采用内表面防结露的最大传热系数。研究还发现,在严寒和寒冷地区,采用自然冷却模式的空调系统具有较大的节能潜力。
Abstract:
This article improves the design method of heat transfer coefficient of peripheral envelope of data center rooms, and uses EnergyPlus software to establish calculation models for data center rooms in typical cities of five climate zones in China. Taking the annual air conditioning load and energy consumption as evaluating indicators, various peripheral envelopes with different heat transfer coefficients are simulated and economically analyzed. The results indicate that reducing the heat transfer coefficient of peripheral envelope of data center rooms is not significant to reduce the air conditioning energy consumption and operating cost. It is recommended that the maximum heat transfer coefficient of the internal surface anti-condensation should be adopted in the peripheral envelope of data center rooms in each climate zone. Furthermore, it can be found that the air conditioning system with free-cooling mode has significant energy saving potential in severe cold and cold zones.
