供热管网预制直埋保温塑料管已在北方地区得到了较大规模应用。介绍了T/CECS 904—2021《供热管网预制保温塑料管道工程技术规程》标准编制过程中的一些技术难点，包括管材类型、设计使用条件、设计应力及连接方式等。

Abstract：
The pre-insulated composite plastic pipes have been applied widely in the northern region. This paper presents some technical difficulties in the preparation of the T/CECS 904-2021 Technical specification for pre-insulated composite plastic pipes engineering of heating network system, including the pipe types, design application condition, design stress and connection methods.
