日本建筑碳中和发展状况与对策
Development and strategy of building carbon neutrality in Japan
摘要：
作为社会中温室气体排放的重要部分，建筑温室气体排放量始终居高不下，是顺利建设碳中和的低碳社会亟需改善的重要课题。对日本建筑碳中和的发展历程进行了研究，总结了日本近年来在建筑碳中和道路上采取的措施和取得的成果，关注日本最新出台的标准、规范及政策，为我国的建筑节能减排事业发展提供借鉴。
Abstract：
As an important part of society’s greenhouse gas emissions, greenhouse gas emissions of buildings have always remained high, which is an important issue that needs to be improved for the smooth construction of a carbon-neutral low-carbon society. This article studies the development history of carbon neutrality in buildings in Japan, summarizes the measures and achievements that Japan has taken in building carbon neutrality in recent years, and pays attention to the latest standards, regulations and policies issued by Japan to contribute to the energy-saving and emission reduction of buildings in China.
