空气净化器运行优化的模拟研究

摘要:

采用模拟手段,开展了居住建筑通风净化运行策略优化的分析研究,并探讨了室内PM2.5初始质量浓度、室外PM2.5污染等级、房间通风换气量、房间容积、空气净化器连续和间歇运行方式等的影响特性及这些影响因素之间的相互作用。结果表明,在室外PM2.5污染等级为严重、重度和中度时,应尽可能关窗以减少通风换气量,而在轻度和良时,可根据室外温度加大通风换气量,最大升至2.0 h-1。另一方面,为实时保证房间的通风净化效果,同时避免空气净化器选型过大及净化设备初投资增加,并提高空气净化器的运行效率,应对空气净化器采取连续运行方式。在此通风净化运行策略下,对于9121518 m2的房间面积,为始终控制室内PM2.5质量浓度低于35 μg/m3,所要求的最低洁净空气量分别为90120150150 m3/h。室内PM2.5初始质量浓度小于35 μg/m3时,无需在室外PM2.5 污染发生之前提前开启空气净化器;若高于35 μg/m3,应尽量提前60 min开启室内净化器。

Abstract:

Simulation method is adopted to analyse the optimization of ventilation and purification operation strategy of residential buildings, and study the effects and the interaction of the initial value of indoor PM2.5 concentration, outdoor PM2.5 pollution level, room ventilation, the amount of clean air (CADR), the operation mode of air purifiers (continuous and intermittent operation) and room volume on indoor PM2.5 concentration. The results show that, when the outdoor PM2.5 pollution level is serious, severe and moderate, the window should be closed to reduce the ventilation rate. When the outdoor air is slightly polluted or fine, the window can be properly opened to increase the amount of ventilation rate to 2.0 h-1 in the case of not too cold. On the other hand, in order to ensure the purification effect in real time, simultaneously avoiding the excessive selection of air purifiers and the increase of initial investment in purification equipment, and improving the operating efficiency of the air purifier, the air purifier should be operated continuously. Under this ventilation and purification strategy, if the PM2.5 concentration is lower than 35 μg/m3, the minimum required CADR are 90, 120, 150, 150 m3/h for 9, 12, 15, 18 m2, respectively. In addition, turning on the air purifier before outdoor PM2.5 pollution makes no difference on indoor PM2.5 concentration when the initial indoor PM2.5 concentration is less than 35 μg/m3. However, if it is higher than 35 μg/m3, try to turn on the indoor purifier 60 min in advance.
