新冠肺炎疫情下负压生物安全二级实验室快速改建项目分析

摘要:

四川省人民医院是新型冠状病毒肺炎省级定点诊治单位。针对确诊新型冠状病毒肺炎最关键的核酸检测环节,在原有生物实验室基础上,通过设置缓冲间、机械通风系统、排风高效过滤及高温灭菌等手段,成功实现了负压实验室的快速改建,为突发疫情期间院内防控赢取了宝贵时间。结合改建实例,对负压生物安全二级实验室的快速改建方法进行了分析总结,为同类项目的改建及综合医院负压生物安全二级实验室建设标准的制定提供参考。

Abstract:

 The Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital is a provincial designated diagnosis and treatment unit for COVID-19. Aiming at the most critical nucleic acid detection link for the diagnosis of COVID-19, based on the original biological laboratory, through the establishment of buffer rooms, mechanical ventilation systems, high-efficiency exhaust air filtration and high-temperature sterilization, the negative pressure laboratory has been successfully implemented. Reconstruction has won precious time for hospital prevention and control during the outbreak of the epidemic. Combined with the reconstruction example, the rapid reconstruction methods of negative pressure biosafety level-2 laboratories are analyzed and summarized, which provides reference for the reconstruction of similar projects and the establishment of standards for the construction of negative pressure biosafety level-2 laboratories in general hospitals.
