基于样本统计的地铁通风空调初投资趋势研究
Trends of initial investment for ventilation and air conditioning in underground railway projects based on sample statistics
摘要：
通过对若干地铁工程样本通风空调初投资数据进行统计分析，结合“灰箱理论”，引入“固定资产投资价格指数”与国民经济挂钩，揭示并验证了地铁通风空调初投资变化趋势的内在规律。由“固定资产投资价格指数”作为间接拟合自变量，经线性回归拟合获得了“地铁通风空调初投资推荐指标”，可对不同编组、不同气候分区等条件下的地铁通风空调初投资变化趋势进行较为准确的量化描述，亦可对不同地区或城市的地铁通风空调初投资水平进行横向对比与评价。
Abstract：
This paper analyses the initial investment of underground railway ventilation and air conditioning of several sample projects. Based on the gray box theory, introducing the “price index for investment in fixed assets” linked to the national economy, the inherent law of the trends of initial investment for ventilation and air conditioning in the underground railway is revealed and verified. The “recommended initial investment for HVAC in underground railway” can be obtained by fitting the “price index for investment in fixed assets” as an indirect independent variable through linear regression, which can provide a more accurate quantitative description of variations and trends for initial investment of ventilation and air conditioning in underground railways under different vehicle groups and climatic zones, and can also make horizontal comparison and evaluation of the investment level of underground railway ventilation and air conditioning in different regions or cities.
