上海某高密度功率机房的气流组织研究
Research on air distribution of a high-density power computer room in Shanghai

上海某项目高密度功率机房由原科研楼改造而成,机房单机柜平均功率为8 kW,弹性功率为15 kW。机房末端空调为水冷型机房专用精密空调,配置原则为N+X(N<5,X=1;5≤N<10,X=2)。冷水的供/回水温度为18 ℃/24 ℃,机房采用无架空地板弥漫式送风、封闭热通道、吊顶回风的气流组织形式。控制空调的送风温度为24 ℃,根据回风温度控制EC风机的转速。当机房空调故障(相邻2个和不相邻2个)时,机房热环境仍可满足连续布置8 kW单机柜、间隔布置(空1个机柜位)15 kW单机柜、间隔布置(空2个机柜位)2个15 kW单机柜的要求。
Abstract:
The high-density power computer room of a project in Shanghai is transformed from an original scientific research building. The average power of single cabinet is 8 kW and the elastic power is 15 kW. The terminal air conditioning units of the computer room are water-cooled special precision air conditioning units for the computer room, and the configuration principle is X+N(N<5,X=1; 5≤N<10,X=2). The supply / return temperature of chilled water is 18 ℃/24 ℃. The air distribution form of non-overhead floor diffused air supply, closed heat channel and ceiling return air is adopted in the computer room. The air supply temperature of the air conditioning units is 24 ℃, and the speed of the EC fans is controlled according to the return air temperature. When the air conditioning units failure (adjacent two and non-adjacent two), the thermal environment of the computer room can still meet the requirement under three different conditions, such as continuous layout of 8 kW single cabinet, interval layout (empty one cabinet space) of 15 kW single cabinet, interval layout (empty two cabinet space) of two 15 kW single cabinets.
