日照海韵广场超高层综合体空调系统设计
Design of air conditioning systems for super high-rise complex of Haiyun Plaza in Rizhao
摘要：
日照海韵广场智慧物贸综合体是集高端办公、五星级酒店为一体的综合建筑。介绍了该项目的冷热源、风系统、水系统设计，以及需要特别注意的问题。酒店单独设置冷源，采用磁悬浮变频离心机组，热源采用市政热网；办公区冷源采用离心式冷水机组+螺杆式冷水机组，热源采用市政热源；顶层观光层采用多联机空调系统。酒店空调和办公空调水系统采用四管制冷水一级泵变流量系统，详细介绍了水系统分区。单风道定（变）风量全空气系统/风机盘管+新风系统均在该工程中得到了应用。
Abstract：
The project is an intelligent material trade complex integrating high-level offices and five-star hotel. This paper presents the cold and heat sources, air and water systems of air conditioning system and some points deserving to be noticed. The hotel area adopts separate cold source of magnetic levitation variable frequency centrifugal water chillers and heat source of municipal heating network, the office area adopts centrifugal water chiller plus screw water chiller as cold source and municipal heating network as heat source, and the top sightseeing floor applies VRF air conditioning system. The air conditioning systems of hotel and office adopt four-pipe primary variable flow rate system, and the zoning of water system is presented in details. Single air duct constant (variable) flow rate all-air system and fan-coil plus outdoor air system have been applied in this project.
