建筑节能领域应用清洁发展机制研究

摘要：
简述了建筑领域开展清洁发展机制(CDM)的基本情况，分析了建筑类CDM项目开展缓慢的主要原因。根据CDM和规划方案下的清洁发展机制（PCDM）的基本机制，结合建筑节能项目的特点，分析了在建筑节能领域中如何开展CDM项目，并对应用PCDM机制进行了探讨。对CDM相关规则的制定和推进建筑领域开展CDM项目提出了建议。

Abstract：
Presents the general situation of the clean development mechanism (CDM) implemented in the building area. Analyses the main hindrances to its advance. Based on the basic rules of CDM and programatic clean development mechanism (PCDM), combined with the characteristics of energy efficiency buildings, analyses how to implement CDM in the building area, and discusses application of PCDM. Gives some advises on establishing related rules of CDM and implementing CDM in this area.
