Optimization of air supply structure of multi-cage monkey negative pressure isolators
摘要:
多笼具猴负压隔离饲养设备中各笼具送风量的一致性是重要的设计指标。基于某型号猴负压隔离器,采用数值模拟方法对该装置送风结构进行了设计优化。结果表明:1) 换气次数对笼间送风一致性影响较小,在优化送风结构时可以不用考虑;2) 同层笼具送风孔分布对称时,送风量基本一致;3) 层间笼具送风量差异主要受送风孔直径影响,上下层笼具送风孔直径分别采用16、14 mm时,各笼具送风量具有较好一致性。
Abstract:
The consistency of the air supply in each cage is one of the important indicators of multi-cage negative pressure isolation and breeding equipment. Based on a monkey negative pressure isolator, establishes the computer model of its air supply structure, and performs numerical simulation to optimize its air supply structure. The results show that the air change rate has little effect on the consistency of the air supply between the cages, and it does not need to be considered when optimizing the air supply structure. When the air supply holes of the same layer cage are distributed symmetrically, the air supply is basically the same. The difference between interlayer cages in air supply is mainly affected by the diameter of the air supply holes. When the diameter of the air supply holes of the upper and lower cages is 16 mm and 14 mm, respectively, the air supply rate of each cage has a good consistency.
