用于重庆地区猪场通风降温的土壤空气换热器试验分析
Test analysis of soil-air heat exchangers for ventilation and cooling of pig farms in Chongqing
摘要:
针对目前规模化猪场养殖中出现的通风降温难题,搭建了一套用于猪舍夏季通风降温的土壤空气换热器试验台。对30 m长的DN110、DN160、DN200 3种管径换热管,分别进行了24 h变风速、变风量工况下的性能测试。试验结果表明:DN110、DN160、DN200 3种管径换热管的平均温降范围分别为8.1~13.0、7.2~8.7、6.0~7.7 ℃,平均全热换热量分别为288.1~578.9、291.8~2 267.1、332.4~509.2 W。对DN160换热管在4.06 m/s管内空气流速下进行了连续运行6 d的测试,其平均全热换热量为548.3 W。
Abstract:
Aiming at the current ventilation and cooling problems of large-scale pig farms, sets up a set of soil-air heat exchanger test bench for ventilation and cooling of pig houses in summer. Tests the performance of the heat exchanger pipes with a length of 30 m and three diameters of DN110, DN160 and DN200 under the conditions of variable air speed and variable air volume for 24 hours. The test results show that the average temperature drop range of DN110, DN160 and DN200 pipe is 8.1 to 13.0 ℃,7.2 to 8.7 ℃ and 6.0 to 7.7 ℃, respectively, and the average total heat transfer is 288.1 to 578.9 W, 291.8 to 2 267.1 W and 332.4 to 509.2 W, respectively. The average total heat transfer of DN160 pipe is 548.3 W under the continuous operation for 6 days and the air flow rate in the tube of 4.06 m/s.
