空调器电动机低频噪声分析及治理

空调器室外机电动机运转过程中产生的振动通过电动机支架传递到墙体,进而在混响室内的墙面产生反射混响,形成较差的声环境品质,引起不舒适感。对空调器室外机电动机低频噪声进行了噪声源识别和频谱分析,提出了优化噪声源、改善噪声传播路径和噪声辐射角度的措施,包括改善电动机模态、转速,进行风机叶片匹配等措施,有效降低了电动机低频噪声。
Abstract:
The vibration generated during the operation of motors of the air conditioner outdoor units is transmitted to the wall through the motor bracket, and then produces reflection and reverberation on the wall in the reverberation room, forming a poor sound environment quality and causing discomfort. Carries out the noise source identification and frequency spectrum analysis of the low frequency noise of the air conditioner outdoor units, and proposes the measures to optimize the noise source, improve the noise transmission path and the noise radiation angle, including improving the motor mode and speed, and matching the fan blades, which effectively reducing the low frequency noise of the motors.
