卷包车间空调机组控制策略改造研究与应用

卷包车间空调机组实际运行时易出现空调参数控制精度过高、空调运行控制与生产设备的开启情况无法良好匹配等问题。在保证卷烟质量的前提下,根据实际工艺需求调整卷包车间空调参数控制精度。同时,通过增设风量控制调节阀和电动执行器、关闭闲置设备区域上方风口、优化空调机组控制策略等措施,实现空调机组布置和送风调节与设备生产良好匹配。监测数据显示,空调机组节能率达到28.9%。
Abstract:
In the actual operation of the air conditioning system in the package workshops, problems such as too high control accuracy of air conditioning parameters and failure to match the operation control of the air conditioning system with the opening of production equipment are prone to occur. On the premise of ensuring the cigarette quality, adjusts the control precision of air conditioning parameters in the package workshop according to the actual technological requirements. At the same time, by adding air flow control valves and electric actuators, closing the outlets above the idle equipment area, optimizing the control strategy of air conditioning units, the arrangement of air conditioning units and air supply regulation can be well matched with the production of equipment. Monitoring data shows that the energy saving rate of air conditioning units reaches 28.9%.
