基于实际应用与评价的绿色建筑技术推广分析——以重庆地区为例
Analysis of green building technology promotion based on practical application and evaluation —A case study of Chongqing area

从英国BREEAM、美国LEED、日本CASBEE和中国绿色建筑评价标准ESGB 4部评价体系的发展与演变中分析总结了绿色建筑关注的重点及发展趋势。以重庆市为例,选取了72个近5年来通过星级认证的实际项目,分别计算了居住建筑和公共建筑的技术使用率和得分率,并总结了实际技术应用情况的特征、侧重点和不足。通过线上问卷对各技术展开专家评价,总结了35项关键技术的经济性和适用性,并基于实际技术应用情况和经济适用性结果,梳理归纳了三大技术体系,从纳入强制性要求、增加经济激励、建立地方技术推广体系、明确技术要求等多个角度提出了推广途径。
Abstract:
From the development and evolution of the four evaluation systems of British BREEAM, American LEED, Japanese CASBEE and Chinese green building evaluation standard ESGB, analyses and summarizes the key points and development trends of green buildings. Taking Chongqing as an example, selects 72 actual projects that have passed the star certification in the past five years, calculates the technical utilization rate and scoring rate of residential buildings and public buildings respectively, and summarizes the characteristics, key points and deficiencies of actual technology application. Combining with the expert evaluation of each technology conducted through an online questionnaire, summarizes the economics and applicability of 35 key technologies. Based on the results of actual technology application and economic applicability, sorts out three major technology systems and puts forward some promotion approaches, such as incorporating mandatory requirements, increasing economic incentives, establishing local technology promotion systems and clarifying technical requirements.
