散热降噪耦合对区域供冷系统冷却塔选型的影响

摘要:

冷却塔具有散热与降噪耦合的特点。冷却塔选型过程中,需要综合考虑冷却塔填料与降噪设备的平衡,同时要明确冷却塔裸塔与设有降噪设备冷却塔之间风量、风压的关系等。结合深圳前海区域供冷系统实践,分析了散热降噪耦合对冷却塔选型的影响及冷却塔的实际运行情况。

Abstract:

The cooling tower has the characteristics of coupled heat dissipation and noise reduction. In the process of cooling tower specification, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the balance of cooling tower filler and noise reduction equipment, and at the same time, it is necessary to clarify the relationship between the air flow rate and the static pressure for the bare cooling tower and the cooling tower with noise reduction equipment. Based on the practice of the district cooling system in Qianhai, Shenzhen, analyses the influence of coupled heat dissipation and noise reduction on the specification of cooling towers and the actual operation of the cooling tower.
