区域供冷系统外管网冷量损失分析
Analysis on energy loss of external pipe network in district cooling systems
摘要:
提出了区域供冷系统外管网冷量损失分析方法,并对区域供冷系统外管网运行数据进行了分析。初步分析结果表明:在制冷站运行初期,由于用户接入较少,外管网冷损失率较大,运行第1年,外管网全年冷损失率可达12.3%;随着用户接入增多,外管网冷损失率逐渐减少,接近满负荷时,外管网冷损失率预计低于2%。
Abstract:
Presents the analysis method of the energy loss of the distributing pipe network of the district cooling system, and analyses the operating data of the distributing pipe network of the district cooling system. Preliminary analysis results show that in the initial stage of the district cooling system, due to fewer users, the energy loss ratio of the distributing pipe network is relatively large. In the first year of operation, the annual energy loss ratio of the distributing pipe network can reach 12.3%. The energy loss ratio of the distributing pipe network gradually decreases with more customers connected to the network. The energy loss ratio of the distributing pipe network is expected to be less than 2% on the full load condition.
