Analysis of chilled water hydraulic condition of external ice melting open systems for district cooling
摘要:
针对外融冰开式系统,给出了主机上游串联外融冰开式系统冷水管道出现负压工况的判定,分析了系统中可能出现负压点的位置。针对二级泵系统形式,推导出不同工况下为维持系统正压运行,冰池进水管调节阀的阻力与冰池液面和管网最高点高差之间的关系,给出了正压运行下阀门的最小阻力和水泵扬程的计算公式,并据此给出了不同功能阀门的调节策略。通过实际工程计算了不同运行工况下阀门阻力和水泵扬程,并进行了阀门的选型计算。
Abstract:
For the external ice melting open system, gives the judgment of negative pressure condition of the chilled water pipeline in the upstream series system of the chiller and analyses the possible position of negative pressure point in the system. For the form of the secondary pump system, deduces the relationship between the resistance of the ice pool inlet pipe regulating valve and the height difference between ice pool liquid level and the highest point of the pipe network in order to keep positive pressure under different operation conditions. Provides the calculation formulas of the minimum resistance of the valve and the pump head under positive pressure operation. Puts forward the regulation strategies of valves with different functions. Finally, calculates the values of valve resistance and pump head under different operation conditions through actual project cases and performs the valve selection calculation.
