地铁屏蔽门渗透风对车站空调负荷影响的数值模拟研究
Numerical simulation on influence of air infiltration of platform screen door on air conditioning load of underground railway stations

以某标准地铁车站为研究对象,采用理论分析和CFD模拟计算的方法,对地铁屏蔽门渗透风对车站空调负荷的影响进行了研究。研究发现:站厅掺混率随屏蔽门渗入风量的增大而增大,随屏蔽门渗出风量的增大而减小;站台掺混率随屏蔽门渗入风量的增大而减小,而受屏蔽门渗出风量的影响较小;屏蔽门渗透风对车站空调负荷的影响较大,隧道空气温度按运行远期取40 ℃时,屏蔽门渗透风负荷约为37~122 kW。给出了不同屏蔽门渗透风量时的掺混率计算公式和参考取值,可用于指导空调负荷的计算。
Abstract:
Taking a standard underground station as the research object, studies the influence of air infiltration of the underground railway PSDs (platform screen doors) on air conditioning load of the station by using the method of theoretical analysis and CFD simulation calculation. Finds that the mixing ratio of the station hall increases with the increase of the volume of air infiltrate into the station from the tunnel through PSDs, and decreases with the increase of the volume of air infiltrate into the tunnel from the station through PSDs. The mixing ratio of the platform decreases with the increase of the volume of air infiltrate into the station from the tunnel through PSDs, and is less affected by the volume of air infiltrate into the tunnel from the station through PSDs. Air infiltration of PSDs has a great impact on air conditioning load, when the tunnel air temperature is taken as 40 ℃ according to the long-term operation, the infiltration load of PSDs is about 37 to 122 kW. Presents the calculation formula and reference value of the mixing ratio for different air infiltration volume of PSDs, which can be used to guide the calculation of air conditioning load.
