地铁环控风系统性能参数随运营年限变化特性研究

摘要:

利用分层抽样法选取上海地铁运营近期、中期和远期共18个车站,进行了环控风系统空调箱、回排风机的现场实测,获得了地铁环控风系统及设备性能参数随运营年限变化特性:地铁运营近期空调箱冷量衰减18%左右,远期冷量衰减高达60%;空调箱送风机及回排风机性能一直保持较高水平,与运营年限无明显线性关系;空调系统供冷能效比平均值在车站运营近期、中期和远期分别为1.00、1.63和1.18,呈现中期较高、近期和远期较低的变化特性。

Abstract:

Adopts the stratified sampling method to select 18 stations in the short-term, middle-term and long-term operations of Shanghai underground railway, carries out the field test of the air conditioning boxes and the return fans of the environmental control air system, and obtains the variation characteristics of performance parameters of underground railway environmental control air system and equipment with operating years. In underground railway operation, the cooling capacity of air conditioning boxes will attenuate by about 18% in the short-term, and the long-term cooling capacity attenuation will be as high as 60%. The performance of supply and return fans of the air conditioning boxes has been maintained at a high level, and there is no obvious linear relationship with the operating years. The average cooling energy efficiency ratio of the air conditioning system is 1.00, 1.63 and 1.18 in the short-term, medium-term and long-term operations respectively, showing the characteristics of higher mid-term and lower short-term and long-term changes.
