基于污染气体释放特征的排污效率计算方法与工程应用
Calculation method and engineering application of ventilation efficiency based on release characteristics of contaminant gas
摘要:
有非被动污染气体释放的室内环境,其排污效率不仅与气流组织有关,还与气体释放特征有关。通过理论分析推导得到房间排污效率与气体扩散特征数Π之间的关系,用数值模拟结果分析得到排污效率的表达式。研究表明:Π可以表征气态污染物受到的体积力与惯性力的相对大小;重型污染气体释放场景的排污效率可以表达成Π和排风口高度的指数函数形式;在工程设计中可使用文中提出的线算图查询得到房间整体排污效率和易燃易爆区域体积比。
Abstract:
For the indoor environments with released non-passive contaminant gases, the ventilation efficiency is not only related to air distribution, but also related to the release characteristics of gas. The relationship between the ventilation efficiency of a room and the gas dispersion criterion number Π is derived through theoretical analysis, and the expression of ventilation efficiency is obtained by analysing the numerical simulation results. The research shows that Π can represent the relative magnitude of the volumetric force and the inertial force on the gaseous pollutants. The ventilation efficiency of the room with dense pollutant gas releasing can be expressed as an exponential function of Π and the height of the exhaust outlet. In engineering design, the alignment chart proposed in the article can be used to query the overall ventilation efficiency of the room and the volume ratio of flammable and explosive areas.
