阐明了美国医院暖通空调系统设计所依据的重要标准及指南。以科威特某医院设计为例，阐述了美国ASHRAE医院设计标准及当地规范的应用。总结了在当地气候条件下的设计技术措施，分析了美国、科威特与国内设计技术的差异。提炼了中外医院重点区域感染控制中的暖通系统设计要素及策略。

Abstract：
Illustrates the important standards and guidelines in designing the HVAC systems of hospitals in America. Taking a hospital in Kuwait as an example, describes the application of American ASHRAE hospital design standards and local codes. Summarizes the technical measures of design under the local climatic conditions, and analyses the differences of design technique between America, Kuwait and China. In addition, refines the key design elements and strategies of HVAC design for infection control in the critical areas of hospital at home and abroad.
