基于运行数据的上海市办公建筑集中供暖经济性分析
Economic analysis of central heating based on operating data of office buildings in Shanghai

通过对上海9栋办公建筑调研与实测,得到了这些建筑的冬季供暖能耗数据。与北方地区集中供暖的收费比较,上海市办公建筑采用空气源热泵、燃气锅炉和燃油锅炉的供暖费用分别为0.21,0,21,0.24元/(m2·d);而北方地区集中供暖的费用为0.268元/(m2·d)(不包含输送能耗成本)。北方地区集中供暖按照两部制计算的供暖费约为20元/m2,与上海市采用目前的供暖方式供暖费基本持平。
Abstract:
By means of survey and field measurement nine office buildings in Shanghai, obtains the heating energy consumption data in winter. Compared with central heating charge in the North, the heating charge of using air-source heat pump, gas boiler and oil boiler are 0.21, 0.21 and 0.24 yuan/(m2·d) respectively for the buildings in Shanghai while the central heating charge is 0.268 yuan/(m2·d) in winter in the north of China (excluding the cost of energy transport consumption). If calculated by charging standard of basic charge plus metering charge, the heating charge is about 20 yuan/m2 in the North, which is equal to the heating charge for current heating pattern in Shanghai.
