国际典型“零能耗建筑”示范工程技术路线研究
Research on demonstration project technology roadmap of zero energy buildings abroad
摘要:
对美国、英国、德国、法国等国家的多栋零能耗(近零能耗)低层居住建筑、多层居住建筑、公共建筑和社区进行了分析,这些建筑大部分已经建造完成且有实测数据,小部分使用了模拟计算进行分析。介绍了以实现建筑零能耗为目的采用的太阳能光电技术、高性能围护结构、其他支撑技术和部分示范工程经济性分析的最新进展,提出了通过被动式设计、高性能围护结构、高效建筑能源系统、能耗预测监管平台等技术综合应用,达到建筑零能耗的技术措施。
Abstract:
Analyses several zero energy (or nearly zero energy) building cases for low-rise residential buildings, multi-rise residential buildings, public buildings and communities in US, UK, Germany, France, etc. These buildings are mostly built completely and actual measurement data for most of them are collected. For a small part of the buildings, simulation calculation is used to get data. Presents recent development in solar energy photovoltaic technology, high performance building envelope and other support technology aimed at realizing zero energy building, as well as the economical efficiency analysis of some demonstration projects. Proposes the integration application of passive design, high performance building envelope, high performance energy system, energy consumption monitoring system, etc. to achieve the goal of zero energy building.
