根据平疫结合医院实例，针对可转换病区空间及功能的转换模式，提出了平疫结合的弹性设计原则。详细论述了通风空调系统平疫转换技术的路径与方法。分析了平疫转换设备构造特点及设计需注意的问题，同时介绍了通风空调系统控制策略。

Abstract：
According to the example of an hospital combined with peacetime and epidemic periods, puts forward a flexible design principle combined with peacetime and epidemic periods aiming at the conversion mode of the space and function of the ward. Discusses the route and method of the epidemic conversion technology for ventilation and air conditioning systems in detail. Analyses the structural characteristics of the equipment and the design problems needing attention of the epidemic conversion. At the same time, presents the control strategies of ventilation and air conditioning systems.
