地铁防排烟系统设计理念及方法反思

摘要:

国内防排烟设计由原指令性设计向性能化设计转型,地铁防排烟系统设计介于二者之间,尚未建立针对地铁工程消防性能化设计的基础理论体系及评价体系。性能化设计应根据设计火灾场景,聚焦于确保人员疏散路径上的逃生条件。从性能化设计角度探讨了地铁区间隧道防排烟原则、列车火灾功率取值、排烟量计算等方面存在的问题。

Abstract:

While the domestic smoke control system design is under the transition from prescriptive to performance-based, the basic theoretical and evaluation system is yet to be set-up in underground railway engineering domain, of which the smoke control system design principle is still ambiguously between prescriptive and performance-based. Under the performance-based approach, smoke control system design shall focus on maintaining the tenable environment along the occupant evacuation path rather than others. From this prospective, discusses the issues of underground railway tunnel ventilation principle, HRR of train fire, and calculation of smoke exhaust mass rate, etc.
