盖下动车检查库诱导通风系统设计参数研究
Design parameters of induced ventilation systems in motor car inspection library under covers
摘要:
建立了盖下动车检查库诱导通风系统CFD三维模型,采用库内干球温度、湿球黑球温度、通风量、换气效率与能量利用系数等热环境评价指标,计算分析了库内不同热源强度下诱导通风系统的排热效果。结果表明,诱导通风系统可有效排除库内余热,改善各作业面的热环境参数。基于研究成果提出了诱导通风设计方案和关键技术参数,供工程设计参考。
Abstract:
Establishes a CFD three-dimensional model of the induced ventilation system of the motor car inspection library under the cover, uses the thermal environment evaluation indicators such as dry-bulb temperature, wet-bulb-globe temperature, ventilation rate, ventilation efficiency and energy utilization coefficient to calculate and analyse the heat rejection effect of the induced ventilation system under different heat source intensities in the library. The results show that the induced ventilation system can effectively remove the residual heat in the warehouse and improve the thermal environment parameters of each work surface. Based on the research results, proposes the induced ventilation design scheme and key technical parameters for reference in engineering design.
