串联式主机上游冰蓄冷系统中不同设计方案对系统运行的影响
Influence of different design schemes in series chiller upstream ice storage systems on system operation
摘要:
定性分析了串联式主机上游冰蓄冷系统的几种设计方案,指出冰槽与板式换热器旁通管接驳点合并和分设会使系统的负荷分配变得不同。建议主机旁通阀的设计应采用变频乙二醇泵。分析了乙二醇泵变频的原因及影响,并提出了变频的控制逻辑。

Abstract:
Qualitatively analyses several design schemes of the series chiller upstream ice storage system, and points out that the combination and separation of the bypass pipe connection points of the ice storage tank and the plate heat exchanger will make the load distribution of the system different. Recommends that the bypass valve of the chiller should be designed with frequency conversion glycol pump. Analyses the reasons and effects of using the frequency conversion glycol pump, and proposes its frequency conversion control logic.
