Abstract：
Analyses where the heating energy saved by the users possibly goes to after heat metering system adopted. Points out the influence of the heat metering on user’s fee-return. Emphasizes the important role of system optimization for heat energy saving. Puts forward the changes needed to take countermeasures in advance of user’s heat use habit and temperature adjustment after heat metering and charging implemented.
