川西藏区某办公建筑不同工况下太阳能集热系统夜间散热特性研究

摘要:

为研究某办公建筑联合蓄热水箱的真空管集热器系统夜间散热特性与保温性能,对夜间不同工况下系统内介质温度、系统夜间散热量及平均热损失系数进行了实测与计算。分析了真空管集热器系统夜间散热特性与规律,并验证了采取改善措施对系统散热特性的影响。结果表明:环境温度介于-10~5 ℃时,系统内介质最低温度为20~40 ℃;测试期间系统平均热损失系数为0.489 W/(℃·m2)。系统热损失特性分析不仅可以评价集热系统的保温性能,同时可检验各种保温改善措施的效果,其成果可以为提高川西藏区太阳能供暖系统能量利用效率提供参考。

Abstract:

In order to study the night heat dissipation characteristics and thermal insulation performance of the evacuated tube collector system combining with the heat storage water tank in an office building, tests and calculates the heat transfer fluid temperature in the evacuated tube collector system, the night heat dissipation and average heat loss coefficient of the system. Analyses the heat dissipation properties and laws of the evacuated tube collector system, and verifies the influence of the improvement approaches on heat dissipation. Results indicate that when environment temperature ranges from -10 ℃ to 5 ℃, the lowest heat transfer fluid temperature ranges from 20 ℃ to 40 ℃, and the average heat loss coefficient is 0.489 W/(℃·m2) during the testing nights. The analysis on the heat dissipation of the system can contribute to evaluate its insulation performance and the effects of improvement approaches, which can provide a reference for enhancing the applications of solar heating system in Tibetan area of western Sichuan.
