摘要：
对2020年度华夏建设科学技术奖获奖项目“西北村镇建筑热环境提升与能源高效利用关键技术及应用”进行了介绍。从西北村镇热环境特殊性需求、建筑热环境调节和能源利用存在的难题入手，重点介绍了该项目提出的一些解决方案、创新性成果和推广应用情况。

Abstract：
Presents the project of key technologies and applications of building thermal environment improvement and energy efficient utilization in northwest villages and towns, which wins the 2020 Huaxia Construction Science and Technology Award. Starting with the special needs of the thermal environment of the villages and towns in northwest China, and the problems existing in building thermal environment regulation and energy utilization, focuses on some solutions, innovative achievements and promotion and application of this project.
