摘要：
对某煤矿可利用的余热资源进行了分析，确定了取代燃煤锅炉的供热方案。根据工业场地的功能分区设置了相应的能源站，并针对各种建筑物设计了不同的供暖末端。项目改造结果表明，改造后供热效果较好，污染物接近零排放。

Abstract：
Analyses the available waste heat resources of a coal mine and determines the heat supply plan to replace the coal-fired boiler. According to the functional zoning of the industrial site, sets up corresponding energy stations, and designs different heating terminals for various buildings. The results of the project transformation show that after the transformation, the heating effect is very good and pollutants are close to zero emission.
