Presents the principle, process, classification, advantages and disadvantages of the outdoor and exhaust air conditioning unit with liquid circulating heat recovery, and summarizes the design method when it applies to medical buildings. Taking the outpatient medical technology comprehensive building of a hospital in Jinan as an example, analyses the economy of the outdoor and exhaust air conditioning unit with liquid circulating heat recovery.
