北京大兴国际机场航站楼分布式空调末端应用研究

摘要:

机场航站楼空调系统能耗在机场能耗中占比较大,而其内部大空间的空调形式对空调系统能耗有一定影响。在常规全空气系统采用大空间机电单元送风形成分层空调的基础上,提出了一种分布式空调末端,将空调机组尽量靠近服务区域,以水输送代替风输送,从而降低输送能耗。对该装置的影响因素进行了分析,对某区域设置的分布式空调末端进行了全年动态负荷和能耗模拟。计算结果表明,分布式空调末端系统的水泵和风机全年能耗比常规全空气系统降低21.8%。现场实测了分布式空调末端的A计权噪声,发现距离空调末端表面≥1 m处的噪声值已接近周围环境噪声水平,整体差值不超过1 dB,说明该装置噪声不影响室内环境。

Abstract:

The energy consumption of the air conditioning system in the airport terminal accounts for a relatively large proportion of the energy consumption of the airport, and the air conditioning form of large internal space has a certain impact on the energy consumption of the air conditioning system. Based on the stratified air conditioning formed by the conventional all-air system using large space electromechanical units for air supply, proposes a distributed air conditioning device, which closes to the service area as possible and uses the water transmission instead of the wind transmission, thereby reducing the transportation energy consumption. Analyses the influencing factors of the device, and simulates the annual dynamic load and energy consumption of the distributed air conditioning devices in a certain area. The calculation results show that the annual energy consumption of the pumps and fans of the distributed air conditioning system is 21.8% lower than that of the conventional all-air system. According to the A-weighted noise measurement, the noise value at a distance of more than 1 m from the device surface is close to the ambient noise, and the overall difference is less than 1 dB, indicating that the noise of the device has no effect on the indoor environment.
