摘要：
综合分析了影响生物安全柜使用性能和生物安全防护性能的关键因素，提出了生物安全柜现场检测验收及使用运行的具体要求。同时汇总了138台生物安全柜的现场检测数据，通过对所调研生物安全柜现场检测数据的分类整理，以期了解当前各机构中所使用生物安全柜的种类、使用维护状况及现场检测要求的各性能指标的达标情况。

Abstract：
In view of the specific requirements in the field testing and use of biosafety cabinets(BSCs), comprehensively analyses the factors that affect the use performance and biosafety protection performance of BSCs. Summarizes the measured data of 138 BSCs. Through the classification and sorting of the field test data, understands the types of BSCs used in various organizations, the use and maintenance status and the qualified status of the performance indexs required in the field test.
