Thinking about negative pressure operating rooms from new coronavirus epidemic

冠状病毒变异不时会引发疫情，可能成为常态，促使对我国负压手术室进行思考。应明确常规手术室、特殊感染类手术室和传染性疾病手术室的定位，以及相应的控制目标与技术措施。突破传统设计思路，提出“以平为主，适用疫情”的目标，做好疫情期间手术室的应急预案，规范传染性疾病手术室，合规使用，有机结合，合理转换，以合理成本、最佳能效实现“平疫结合”。
Abstract：
Coronavirus mutations can cause epidemics from time to time and may become the norm, prompting the thoughts on negative pressure operating rooms in China. Considers that the positioning of conventional operating rooms, special infection operating rooms and infectious disease operating rooms should be clarified, as well as the corresponding control objectives and technical measures. We should break through the traditional design ideas, put forward the goal of “focusing on normal operation, applying to the epidemic”, really do a good job in the emergency plan and management of the operating room during the epidemic period, and standardize the infectious disease operating room as our research subject. Through compliance use, organic combination and reasonable conversion, achieves “combination of normality and epidemic situation” with reasonable cost and optimal energy efficiency.
