生物安全型蒸汽灭菌器与医用蒸汽灭菌器的比较和思考

摘要：
在比较生物安全型蒸汽灭菌器与医用蒸汽灭菌器设计和性能方面主要差异的基础上，重点分析了生物安全型蒸汽灭菌器的双门密封安全设计、设备主体与墙壁的安装要求、废气冷凝水安全排放、程序故障自锁控制等技术特征。分析了国内生物安全型蒸汽灭菌器的研发现状，提出亟需从加强设备自主研制、强化核心技术攻关、制定国家行业标准、推动产学研用结合等方面促进生物安全型蒸汽灭菌器行业的发展，以满足国家在生物安全实验室建设中的生物安全型蒸汽灭菌器国产化供给需求。
Abstract：
On the basis of comparing the main differences between the design and performance of biosafety steam autoclaves and medical steam autoclaves, focuses on the technical features of biosafety steam autoclaves such as double-door seal safety design, installation requirements of the equipment body and wall, safe discharge of waste gas and condensate, self-locking control of program failure. Presents the current research and development status of biosafety autoclaves in China, and suggests that it is urgent to promote the development of biosafety autoclave industry by strengthening the independent development of equipment, strengthening the research on core technologies, setting national industry standards, and promoting the combination of industry, learning, research and application, so as to meet the national demand for the domestic supply of biosafety autoclaves in the construction of biosafety laboratories.
