基于调节阀实际特性的空调机组优化控制
Optimal control of air handling units based on actual characteristics of control valves
摘要:
通过实测获得一空调机组调节阀实际的开度-相对流量特性。利用所建立的空调机组仿真平台,模拟研究了按照调节阀理想工作曲线制定的控制参数对实际调节阀的控制效果。结果显示,此调节阀在实际运行时单位开度变化引起的流量变化较理想流量特性下大,导致调节阀开度超调及房间温度波动,控制效果与预期理想效果出现偏差。基于调节阀实际流量特性,提出减小PI控制参数优化控制效果,通过实验验证了此优化方法的有效性。
Abstract:
Obtains the actual opening-relative flow characteristics of the control valve of an air handling unit through measurement. Using the established air handling unit simulation platform, simulates and studies the control effect of the control parameters based on the theoretical working characteristics curve on the actual control valve. The results show that the flow rate variation due to the unit opening change of the control valve in the actual operation is larger than that under the ideal flow characteristics, which leads to the overshoot of the control valve opening and the fluctuation of room temperature, and the control effect deviating from the expected ideal effect. Based on the actual flow characteristics of the control valve, proposes to optimize the control effect by reducing PI control parameters, and verifies the effectiveness of the optimization method by experiments.
